A structured water wand is a cylindrical quartz glass tube filled with coherent, highly structured water. The most popular structured water water wand is the Aǹalemma Tube.
The wand applies the principles Nikola Tesla, Victor Schuaberger, and Gerald Pollack explored to influence other water molecules when stirred in regular drinking water. Once used, the water clusters in a liquid-crystalline state of matter called structured water.
There are many benefits of using a water structuring wand including the water feeling softer on the tongue, negatively charging the water, our cells and mitochondria being healthier, and improved coordination between the left/right hemispheres of the brain. The flow-on effects include improvements in mood, hydration, and general well-being.

How To Use a Structured Water Wand
The highly structured water does not leave the wand, instead, the benefits are shared with other water it comes into contact with.
Any cold beverage can benefit from being stirred with the wand including fruit juice, wine, iced tea, and iced coffee.
How To Structure a Larger Glass of Water
- Step 1: Fill a large glass of water, or a small glass jug, with filtered water.
- Step 2: Spin the quartz glass tube out of the protective housing and then connect it to the end of the tube.
- Step 3: Submerge the structured water wand into the filtered water and stir for one minute per liter of water.
- Step 4: Remove the wand and dry it with a clean cloth.
- Step 5: Disconnect the wand from the handle and place it back in the sleeve to keep it safe.

Beyond stirring, the wand has other subtleties that affect the water quality, including water vortexing and manifestation.
What is Structured Water?
Structured water is a liquid-crystalline state of H2O where the water molecules form hexagonal water clusters. Other names for structured water include coherent water, clustered water, and EZ water.
The liquid-crystalline H2O clusters hold energy, expel contaminants, transport nutrients, and support efficient detoxing. Specifically, structured water holds around 200 hertz of energy. Our mitochondria and cells receive abundant energy from structured water, optimizing basic cellular processes, supporting our immune system, and helping to accelerate detoxing.
Crystals, such as quartz or flint, have a form of energy called piezoelectricity. This gives crystals the incredible ability to spark or release energy when pressed or squished. One example is how a BBQ lighter sparks without a battery or external power source.
How Does a Structured Water Wand Work?
The Aǹalemma Structured Water Wand changes the water structure through a combination of the quartz glass and the highly structured water inside.
Regular tap water will form complex bonds with other elements in water depending on their solubility, positive/negative ion balance, and other factors. When the wand is stirred in the glass of water and touches all of the water molecules they detach and cluster in pure H2O hexagonal formations – similar to how ice gets its structure. Structured water is possible due to the state of matter changing from a liquid to a liquid-crystalline.
Quartz Glass
Quartz, made from oxygen and silicon, are two of the most abundant elements on Earth. The quartz crystals can be crushed, melted into a liquid, and then set in a mold to take a new shape. In this case, a vial resembling a tube/wand.
Highly Structured Water
The Aǹalemma tube contains mother water, water with extreme coherence that has gone through a one-year, five-stage structuring process. The water is not clear, containing some contaminants that are expected by the manufacturer and in every Aǹalemma tube.
How Does a Structured Water Wand Get Power?
Interestingly, a structured water wand benefits from being placed in direct sunlight where it regenerates using light frequencies. It takes around two-three minutes, once or twice a week for the most benefits.
The wand should not become hot, above 150°F (60°C).

Pros and Cons of a Structured Water Wand
Pros
- Many positive structured water benefits
- Small, compact, and travels well
- Easy to use
- Makes structured water relatively fast
- The wand lasts a long time.
Cons
- Suitable for one person or a small family
- Limited to one liter per minute
- Extremely fragile and will break when dropped (Confirmed: can survive a small drop when in the housing).
